Fairfield strongly believes in helping to developing our employees through training and education. Training is offered both in the field and the corporate office. These trainings are designed to sharpen existing skills as well as establish a base knowledge for the tasks each employee will encounter during their journey at Fairfield. A Regional Trainer is assigned to each market in Fairfield’s portfolio as a sign of our commitment to individual development.

We offer tuition reimbursement for employees who are interested in continuing their education. Fairfield facilitates mentoring programs; such as BUDDI (Buddies Unite for the Development of Dedicated Individuals ) and the “Idea of the Month” which promote employee communication and development.
